I have a younger brother at highschool who finds me easy and better to understand in subjects such as maths and science. Also I have often received positive feedbacks when I tutored my classmates in maths. My maths score in HSC was about high eighties and I received an ATAR of 91.15. The reason I would like to become a tutor is that when I was at highschool, I was the sort of person who looked at maths as a difficult or impossible subject to succeed in. But then at some point I realised that it was my attitude that needed to be changed. This realisation came about by meeting a friend who was not a mathematician. He was a graduate in cinema and arts. However, the way he explained things to me made me understand things at a more basic and deeper level. Suddenly, a lot of concepts were starting to make sense to me, producing a logic that I could apply in analysing any other relevant problem. All that said, I like to be a tutor because I can empathise with students in the way they feel about maths, I can motivate them to enjoy it and practice it and overcome any mentality that prevents them to flourish their full potential in maths. In highschool I took, Advanced Maths and Extension 1 Maths. At university, so far, I have taken maths courses beyond the scope of highschool maths, which makes things pretty easy for me.

Hobbies
I am quite interested in classical music,cinema,theatre and poetry. I am always trying to keep fit and extend my fitness by going to gym.
