Education
I earned a bachelor's degree in applied finance from the University of South Australia. I also have a Diploma of Management from Mibt-Deakin University and a Diploma of IT from the Swinburne University of Technology.
Experience
My prior teaching and tutoring experience includes teaching Indian semi-classical music and instruments such as piano, harmonium, guitar, and side rhythm. I have taught students of all ages, from 5 to 55, for the last 8 months at intermediate and advanced levels. I also mentored adults at my guitar classes in India for 2 months when I was a teenager. Because of my background in working with students of all ages and abilities, I can tutor a plethora of subjects at various levels. I tutor math, science, reading, and writing at all levels, English, business, finance, management, piano, and more. No matter what subject I am tutoring, I can make difficult concepts or problems seem less daunting by breaking them down into smaller steps.
