I earned a BS in Chemistry in China and a Master of Teaching (Secondary) degree in Maths and Science (Chemistry) at the University of South Australia, graduating in August of 2016. I also scored a 7.5 on my IELTS.
Experience
I have been a science and maths mentor at UniSA for two years. I also had internships at Mitcham Girls High School and Rostrevor College teaching junior maths, junior science, and senior chemistry. I like sharing knowledge with others and making friends. That is why I would like to be a tutor. I am bilingual, speaking both English and Chinese. As such, I can conduct meetings in whichever language you would prefer. I am comfortable teaching several different subjects including grades 8-10 Mathematics, eighth-grade science, Mandarin Chinese, and chemistry. A great teacher establishes a personal rapport with her pupils that makes learning fun, and I hope to do that with you!

I like reading. English literature and French literature are my favourites. I am a super fan of Jane Austen. I nailed all her masterpieces. I am also a foodie. Cooking is sort of my second expertise. Loving rock music (Linkin Park) and pop music (Katy Perry).
