Experience
I have been tutoring for more than 4 years now and have yielded some incredible results. I work closely with students in the 11th and 12th grades to build their biology foundation and prepare for the ISAT, PQA, and UCAT tests for entry into medicine/dentistry (including interview tips). I was once a high school student with a keen interest in studying dentistry in college, and I can empathize with the rigor of high school. Hence, I can see myself as a tutor and more of a mentor because I can provide academic support by giving tips and tricks that teachers in school may overlook and provide tailored advice for my students to excel in their studies. I am genuinely passionate about helping my students achieve their full academic potential and to help them achieve the results they never thought possible. I am currently tutoring in IB SACE, taking biology. I also help dental and medical student hopefuls with their preparatory tests and interview preparation and oral health undergraduate students. I have achieved high scores throughout my education and especially excelled in sciences like biology. I consistently scored distinction for science subjects (chemistry and biology) throughout my education and was the top biology student in junior college back in Singapore. Some of my notable achievements include being offered a prestigious research student intern position at the Biopolis under a science program in junior college. I was also an academic scholar throughout my high school years.

Hobbies
I have a great passion for the arts and hold several leadership positions in high school which includes: Treasurer of the Dance Committee and Cheerleading Captain. I also engage in competitive latin dancing and have won several awards at the national level. I love animals as well and spend my free time volunteering regularly at dog shelters. I am also a member of the community outreach program organised by the Dental Society and through this program, we aim to provide dental care to the underprivileged in Adelaide.
