I have a Bachelor of Education in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature. I also hold a postgraduate International Diploma in Language Teaching Management and a graduate certificate in guidance and counseling. In addition, I have a master's degree in education. During my academic studies, I attended the University of Cambridge and University of Queensland.
Experience
I have been tutoring internationally for over 20 years, working often with Asian, European, and Middle Eastern students. I specialize in IELTS test preparation and ran an off-site test center in Europe, and also offer preparation for Cambridge exams. In addition, I can help students build their business English and academic English skills. My areas of specialization also include literature, essay editing, ESL/ELL, world history, and world literature. Languages are fascinating to me, as I speak three foreign languages. I also love teaching and having the chance to cover a wide range of topics with students on a one-on-one basis. It also allows me to personalize each lesson and apply your passions and interests into the learning process.
