I graduated high school with an ATAR of 99.00 studying subjects such as maths methods, English, biology, chemistry, French, and Japanese. I am currently a med student at the University of Adelaide, consistently receiving High Distinctions in all graded subjects. I scored in the top 9% of the state in Japanese, maths, and English, and the top 2% of the state in biology, chemistry, and French.

Experience

I really love learning and have a passion for education. I find tutoring to be an incredibly rewarding job and genuinely wish to help students achieve their goals. I am a fairly relaxed person but I work hard and understand the importance of keeping motivation levels high. I enjoy working with people. I was "school captain" in year 12 which involved working with students in all year levels and using my creative side to engage them. Some of my specific experiences include tutoring a year 9 student in French for six months, a group of year 7 Japanese students for one year, and a group of first-year medical students for eight months. I also spent a year conducting fortnightly reading sessions with Prep, Foundation, and Reception students to assist with reading development.

I love TV, travel, and food. I am very slowly learning to play the ukulele and I enjoy going to markets. I am part of the medical students' hip hop crew as a hobby and go to Zumba classes for a fun way to keep active! I learned French in school for eight years and find the language to be really beautiful. I love being witness to a child's development and hope to become an OBGYN in the future. I am a fairly relaxed person but I work hard and understand the importance of keeping motivation levels high. I enjoy working with people and learning about the ways I can become a more progressive individual in today's fast paced society.
