Experience
As a professional teacher of English as a second language, I have also tutored students in groups or individual settings. I have taught English for over 20 years to people in various age groups, mainly to adults, and have spent a good deal of time teaching students in preparation for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. I am familiar with the exam format and conditions, as I took one recently to see for myself, so I can help students from a range of backgrounds review material and understand the test before taking it. I believe in order to help students achieve, a customized plan is required for each individual. The right resources, proper coaching, and following through with the right plan are also important steps. I can cover topics in English in general, writing, literature, and essay editing.
