Education

I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Adelaide. I was in the 99th percentile on the UMAT and scored 99+ on the ATAR.

Experience

I have extensive tutoring experience. I have had 5 years of experience in UCAT and UMAT tutoring. A high number of my students are now in dentistry and medical courses in Adelaide and Australia. I have a 90% success rate for medical interview training. Despite the recent change up, the skills required to perform well in the UCAT are similar to those in the UMAT, albeit with slight differences and stricter time constraints. The test focuses on Section 1 concepts and includes verbal reasoning, decision making, quantitative reasoning, abstract reasoning, and situational judgment. My UCAT coaching will focus specifically on exam structure and strategy, familiarisation with common questions, question-specific techniques such as the approach to critical analysis, speed reading, etc., question drills, and speed exercises.
