I am studying Civil and Structure Engineering at Eynesbury College and Adelaide University.
Experience
I am a hardworking, energetic, and honest tutor who has experience working with students under 18 years of age. I love teaching and can explain things really clearly to help my pupil pursue their academic goals. I can help with a variety of math classes, including K-12 mathematics, Calculus I-III, Algebra 3/4, and standardized tests such as ACCUPLACER Elementary Algebra and ACCUPLACER College-Level Math. Numbers are my passion, and I love showing students who have math anxiety how fun it can be once they get past the initial hurdle. I also try and relate what I'm teaching to my student's hobbies outside of the classroom to make lessons more engaging. Interested students do better on exams and retain more of the information than their less-engaged counterparts, so finding a way to hook my students is a key aspect of my job.
