I attended the University in Kyoto in Japan, and I majored in Economics, Environment, and Media. I earned a Diploma in Marketing from TAFE SA in Adelaide. I also attended an English Language School in the United States for one year. I have an IELTS 6 certification, a certification to be a Japanese Language Teacher, and 420 hours of study in a Japanese Language course. I am certified to teach English as a second language as well as Police Check, First Aid, and Child Safety certifications.

Experience

I have taught Japanese at various schools as a private tutor for the last 6 years both in Australia and Japan. I have three years of experience working at an advertisement company in Japan as an account manager. I have taught over 100 students ranging in age from four years old to over sixty as a private tutor. I currently teach Japanese at WEA adult learning in Adelaide. It's important to have passion when learning languages and my goal is to make you fall in love with the Japanese language! I can help students understand Japanese based on their context. I am able to help them improve their Japanese for travel, everyday Japanese, business Japanese, or conversation abilities in Japanese. I can even help people understand Japanese for anime games.
